What is type 1 diabetes?

Type 1 diabetes is a disease in which the autoimmune process results in little or no insulin secretion by the island of Langerhans (beta cells) in the pancreas.
Autoimmune is the body’s own immune system that fights against the cells in the body that secrete insulin. In such patients, blood-destroying antibodies are found in the blood from which the disease can be diagnosed. Over time, the insulin-secreting cells of such patients are gradually destroyed. They gradually become completely dependent on external insulin. So Insulin has to be collected from outside the body to control blood glucose.

Whether it’s the body’s immune system or whatever the reason, it attacks the insulin-producing cells, thinking its own body’s cells are foreign. In other words, in the body’s own immune response, the insulin-producing cells (beta cells) in the pancreas are destroyed and damaged. This interferes with insulin production. This condition is called an autoimmune disorder.
Insulin treatment is essential in this emerging disease. This is why it is called insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM). Without insulin, the body cannot control blood sugar and people can suffer from dangerously high blood sugar levels. This is called hyperglycemia. Therefore, people with type 1 diabetes take insulin injections to control blood glucose levels.

Type 1 diabetes is a complex, chronic condition. There is no cure for this. It can be controlled. However, it requires fast surveillance and monitoring. It is also known as a genetic disease that is caused by the response of many genes to anti-immune. It destroys certain cells in the beta-cell producing insulin inside the pancreas, causing insulin deficiency. Due to the destruction of beta cells in people with type 1 diabetes, the pancreas can no longer produce insulin. They need insulin to use glucose from food. In type 1 diabetes, insulin intake is a way to control and control the effects of the environment.

Genetic predisposition is one of the main causes of type 1 diabetes. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. Scientists have come up with different ideas in different studies. In many cases, the after-effects of an infectious disease or the presence of an external substance such as cow’s milk, flour protein, and vitamin D deficiency have been suspected but many factors have not been confirmed. Type 1 diabetes is usually associated with other autoimmune diseases such as graves disease or vitiligo.

About 8% of these diseases are linked to genes and environmental factors.

Type 1 diabetes can occur at any age of the patient. Its important ratio is calculated at important times. It is also called juvenile diabetes.

Type 1 diabetes is a complex genetic disease that causes many of the gene’s anti-immune and destroys certain cells in the pancreas to produce insulin within the beta cells, resulting in insulin deficiency.

About 90% of these diseases are related to these genes and environmental factors.

Type 1 diabetes can occur at any age of the patient. A significant proportion of this is calculated at the imp.
